Do you Charge for a quote?
No we don’t charge for quotes for replacement or install. Only time you will be charged is if our Qualified Technicians need to investigate to quote on repair.
How often should I get my air conditioner serviced?
It is recommended by Manufacturers for residential, service their air conditioner every 6-12months to avoid any major expensive repairs.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer 12months warranty. Manufacturer’s offer 5years warranty for residential and may be 2years for commercial application.
Why should I have my air conditioner serviced?
We recommend ongoing maintenance as your Airconditioner can be one of the hardest working appliances in your home/office or commercial area. Servicing your air conditioner can improve efficiency - using less power, improve heating/cooling performance, maintain good hygiene and prevent breakdowns.
What is carried out during a service?
Our technicians will clean the filters, check the condensate drains, Coils, general performance, Refrigeration and overall condition.
Will putting my air conditioner on a lower temperature cool my house faster?
No. This can be an added expense to your electricity bill

We are service warranty agents for LG Air Conditioning, Actron Air, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Carrier and Kaden.
Can you install any brand air conditioner?
Yes.
